Greetings Faithful FCA MX Ministry Partners!
Last time we "met", we talked about the ministries shift towards investing more in-depth time with a smaller, strategic group of people in order to cultivate a kingdom-like culture within the motocross community.
God continues to repeatedly stress to Kasi and I the same thing: He calls us to be missional within our own specific cultures, and to continually unleash the gospel to do its work of reforming these cultures. In order for culture shift to occur, one person at a time must be deeply impacted by the Gospel of Jesus.
------------------------------------------------------------
We feel that God is calling FCA Motocross to be the vehicle that facilitates this culture shift, and He has given us an AWESOME vision on how to make that happen.
We are SO excited to share that vision with you, our PARTNER in ministry.
So what is this grand vision???
Starting THIS SUMMER we are putting into motion, a super aggressive Mentorship/ Discipleship/ Internship Program. We will be investing in a handful of individuals, like Jesus did with the disciples, over the course of 6 weeks in the summer, and 3 weeks during the year. All in all it will amount to ~70 days and ~1700 hours spent facilitating 4 FCA MX Summer Camps across the country, and serving at 5 Amateur National MX races across the country.
We aim to follow the model of Jesus, by spending countless hours with an inner-circle of motocrossers. We will travel, eat, laugh, learn, and serve together, and ultimately we will commission the participants to continue in mission as they live their everyday lives within the motocross culture.
Sounds Simple Huh?
In concept, this is what all ministries should do; love the multitudes, mentor the few. In practice, it's considerably more difficult.
The Obstacles.
For us, this immediately presents some large obstacles. As a family, Kasi, Landri, and I travel and live in our little RV about 120 days/ year, and as grateful as we are to have a place to stay at the track without having to rent hotels every week, we have far outgrown our little RV. There just is not enough functionality left to squeeze out, in order to facilitate even one additional person traveling with us... much less the 4-6 we plan on taking with us. So this means a larger RV is an immediate need to accomplish what God is calling us to do.
The Plan.
Kasi and I personally own our current RV and trailer, and use it solely for ministry purposes. We believe so strongly in the vision that God has given us for this summer program, that we are willing to sell it and put 100% of the funds (~15,000-20,000$) back into a diesel RV/ bunkhouse trailer combo that will allow us to be able to functionally stay on the road for extended periods of time (up to 14 days at a time) with 9 people. We have located a number of potential replacement rigs and it will take roughly 60,000-80,000$ to facilitate transport, functionality, longevity, and privacy for Kasi, Landri, and I.
Small Undertaking? No. Worth It? Absolutely.

Prayer Needs
We can't do it without you guys, and we definitely can't do it without your prayers! Please be in prayer for us, for the following:
- Safety and efficiency as we enter our busiest travel season. We will be on the road almost every day this summer.
- Funding- we need to raise roughly $5,000 before the start of our busy travel season to ensure we can be everywhere God has called us to be.
- RV- after the busy summer, we plan on faithfully pursuing the funds necessary to facilitate our aggressive discipleship program.
- Corporate Partners- we feel that strategic businesses can play a huge part in funding/ facilitating us to do God's work here, and that we can offer a financial return for their investment (via advertising on our RV/ trailer). Please pray that God would orchestrate the necessary connections within industry to make it happen.
- Camps- please pray for all involved to be impacted in a REAL way by God, and that we would be faithful to love them as He has called us to.
If you would like to give to any of these financial needs, in addition to what you have already graciously given, you can do so directly online by clicking here: https://my.fca.org/2405-willingham-scott.aspx.

Thank you for making life change possible. We appreciate you and your partnership in this ministry with us!
In Christ,
Scott, Kasi, and Landri Jo
